Nightwing beaten by a German?

I'm looking for a certain Batman comic. I remember very little of the storyline. I think a female villain called in a crew of criminal specialists to steal something; and Batman called in his "family" to help even the odds. I only remember the "muscle" of the crew. He was a bald, thin German wearing spectacles (maybe Dutch) who was a born sociopath/killer who either had a high threshold for pain or felt no pain at all. He fought Nightwing to a standstill and probably would have beaten/killed him if his boss hadn't called him off (I don't know if she had completed her objective or if the German was only a distraction). The last scene I remember is the German flipping Nightwing over his shoulder onto a car and walking off with his bloody, broken nose. Any help in finding this Batman title will be greatly appreciated. I've tried looking through all the Batman titles but I can't seem to find it. I've looked from 1990-2006 at all the titles but have run out of luck.

When reading your post, the one-shot Batman/Nightwing: Bloodborne really sprung to mind. I checked it out, and despite one or two similarities I really think I was on the wrong track. For example that book has Russians and not Germans and various other stuff which makes me almost certain it's not the book you're looking for. Give it a search online just to be sure, but I think you'll find that it's not it, sorry  Just thought I'd throw it out there just in case.
