Then there's all the dreck they're sticking on network television. Warners has, what, three new DC/Vertigo series this fall. The counterargument could be that network tv is so deeply irrelevant that next to no one cares or knows. It is safer at this point for Warners to target television considering how soft anything non-Batman has been at the box office for them since 1980-something.

Spiderman is now in the Marvel universe.

Please just do the origin in the opening credits, no need for another reboot.

I'm excited. I hope they just go in with nothing and everyone knows who he is. Like they've heard of him but not met him or something.

Any thoughts on Captain America: Civil War?

*** SPOILER FREE ***

I saw it yesterday and I wasn't impressed. I liked Spider-Man's and Ant-Man's interaction with the other Avengers, just as I love most characters in the Marvel movies, but really didn't care for Black Panther.

The whole ''we have to keep these super-heroes in check'' angle fell flat for me and the conflict between Iron Man and Captain America just wasn't handled satisfying. At the end I had a lot of questions that (maybe?) will (and should) be answered - in the next movie (?), but that made for a dissatisfying movie experience. I won't go into detail right now; I'm curious what your thoughts are.

Somehow it doesn't feel right that Batman v Superman was panned and this movie gets really good reviews while it really has some flaws, but that is just my opinion... grin
