Notes:

1) Wow.

2) Gotta watch SmackDown! to be clear about all this but is it just me or does it make SmackDown! look very bad that a guy from Raw (Angle) won it's title and the last SmackDown! guy left in the ring (with all of SmackDown!'s hopes on his shoulders) was Mark Henry?

3) I hope and pray Angle is still Raw.

4) If Angle is still Raw... Randy Orton, Undertaker, Booker T, Chris Benoit, JBL (shudder), Matt Hardy (if only because Edge is the Raw champ) and Rey Mysterio would all have been better choices.

5) If Angle's SmackDown! doesn't it make Angle look bad that he couldn't win the Raw belt and had to go to SmackDown! and doesn't that, in turn, make SmackDown! look bad that a guy who couldn't win a title in 7 months on Raw did it on his first night on SmackDown!?

I love Angle but looking at this from all angles (no pun intended) doesn't this seem like a bad move? I hope SmackDown! proves me wrong tonight.

Meh, I don't think it's a bad idea at all. All of those are valid points, but it just comes down to the fact that he deserved it for the way he's been working and getting screwed out of the title for the past months. It wouldn't surprise me though, if they said that he can't be champ cause he's from Raw, and take the title off of him. That would be a dumb move though.

Angle actually beat Cena in their most recent match. So he didn't go in looking that weak. And it was in Pittsburgh? Wasn't it? Or at least Pensylvania. Angle's home town. If it was in San Antonio Texas, HBK would've won. Or Edmonton Alberta, then Benoit would've won. They needed to make the show as exciting as possible to make up for getting the title off Batista in such a weak manner. Anyway, Rey vs. Angle at Wrestlemania, I'm calling it now.

The "You Rock" chants were awesome last night. Angle got a huge pop when he won. Angle vs. Rey would be an amazing match, as would Angle vs. Benoit, or him vs. Orton. There are great matches that could be if WWE does this right.

Man, i've been watching so much shit latley

Watched the following DVD's i just bought
ROH Generation Next and World Title Classic
Straight Shootin with Chris Daniles (only £4.99)
The Best Of AJ

Also, Raven Secrets Of The Ring and Straight Shootin with Punk and Joe

Generation next was awesome. Quality show from top to bottom. The 40 min plus 8 man was fucking immense. It's worth buying just for this match.
I hated the end though when that whiny voiced commentator was totally overreacting to Homicide going "nuts". He only knocked a few thing over. Fucking idiot

WTC was decent, though it was really a one match card.....Punk and Joe's hour match. I enjoyed the Endurance Match a lot too though

Only watched the first AJ disk so far. Tis good stuff. Weird seeing TNA use a normal ring though

Raven Secrets Of The Ring was really interesting. This first vol is all about what you must do to be a successful babyface. It's really funny when he goes off on a tangent about something (and he does it a few times) lol

Straight Shootin with Daniels wasn't really funny like the others i've seen. It was just him telling about his career so far. Which is cool. Daniles is awesome

Now, the Punk and Joe one wasn't just funny, it was fucking hilarious. It's on for about 2 hours 40 mins and i was busting a gut for like the whole second half of it.

I just got back from the ROH show. It was friggin' awesome! I'll post results later, as I'm pretty tired right now. A few things I'll mention here are that Chris Hero is one of the worst wrestlers I've ever seen, and people were leaving the building during AmDragon vs. Hero. Also, I love Joe even more now. The match had to end because he kicked BJ Whitmer in the head really hard and legitimately knocked him out. It was just the coolest thing ever.

hahaha Joe get's more awesome every week. Soon his body won't be able to contain his awesomness

Here's the card for tonight Final Resolution

MAIN EVENT
Sting & “Captain Charisma” Christian Cage vs. “King of the Mountain” Jeff Jarrett and “The Alpha Male” Monty Brown

X DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP
Samoa Joe (c) vs. "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels

NWA WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
America's Most Wanted (c) vs. Team 3D

INTERNATIONAL X SHOWCASE
The Phenomenal” AJ Styles vs. New Japan’s Tanahashi

The Man Beast” Rhino vs. “The Monster” Abyss w/ James Mitchell

Raven vs. An Opponent of Larry Z's Choosing
If Raven wins, he gets World Title shot - If Raven loses, he's gone from TNA

"The James Gang" vs. "Diamonds In The Rough"

Ron "The Truth" Killings vs. Bobby Roode

Alex Shelley, Austin Aries, and Roderick Strong vs.
Chris Sabin, Matt Bentley, and Sonjay Dutt

Looks good. Anyone know anything about this guy AJ is facing?

I wonder who they've got for Raven. I'm thinking Billy Kidman. I know some people think Sandman, but he'd get as a big a pop as Raven and Raven is spose to be the sympathetic character in this feud. As long as it's not fucking Zbysko i don't really care

Good to GenNext (or whatever the fuck they're gonna call them) have got a match. I bet it'll be like 10 mins at the most though

Ok, ROH results:

Pre-show had a four corner survival match featuring the students. Pretty funny stuff. The guy who won got a trophy. The next pre-show match had some guy whose name I can't remember take on Jack Evans. Jack Evans did some awesome shit, and won with a 630 off the top rope.

Regular show started with Austin Aries and Roderick Strong coming out, and saying how they would make the tag titles famous all over the world. Then Austin told Roddy to leave, and he called out Ricky Reyes, who came out with Julius Smokes. This was a pretty good match, and it ended with Ricky getting his dragon sleeper on Austin, who rolled back and pinned Reyes.

Then there was the Pure title match. Not much to say here, pretty good match, Nigel McGuinness wins with a submission.

Up next was the tag match featuring Jimmy Rave and Alex Shelley(who gets no damn respect in Philly!) vs. Azrieal and Claudio Castig-something. Very fun match, Rave got toilet paper thrown at him. Rave and Shelley win this one.

Next was the FIP title match. Homicide came out, and said it doesn't matter about his shoulder, he'll beat anyone. Then Roderick Strong came out and said that Homicide shouldn't fight him with his shoulder. As Roddy moved for the ring, American Dragon came out and said that he wanted revenge on Strong for messin' up his chest. They started fighting, and AmDragon threw Strong into the section I was sitting and was about 2 feet away from me. Colt Cabana jumped Homicide in the ring and they fought to the back. AmDragon fought all around the audience, and got back to the ring. Homicide ran out, and AmDragon locked in a submission on his injured shoulder, forcing him to tap. AmDrag wins the FIP title.

Last match before intermission was Jay Lethal vs. Chris Daniels. This was an excellent match, and I lost my voice from screaming "Fallen Angel" so much. Daniels won in the end with a roll up. After that, Samoa Joe ran out and tried to kill Lethal. Daniels and Joe started fighting, and then Lethal and Daniels double teamed Joe. BJ Whitmer ran out, and messed up Daniels and Lethal, and said he wanted Joe at 100% for their match. Joe and Daniels stood up, and Joe nearly killed Daniels with a dropkick, and people had to come out to help Daniels up.

Intermission ended and then started the Six Man Mayhem. Five of the guys I don't know, the sixth man was Evans. There were lots of cool spots in this match, Evans wins it with a 630 onto two people.

Up next was BJ Whitmer vs. Samoa Joe. Excellent match. Joe is even more impressive when you see him live. Things to mention here are that BJ tried to suplex Joe through a table on the outside and missed it completely. Joe landed on his head, and the floor was concrete by the way. Last minute of this match Joe got pissed off cause BJ slapped him. Joe hit BJ in the face, a then kicked him in the head and knocked him out. It was just the coolest thing ever.

Next match was Matt Sydal vs. AJ Styles. This is a MOTYC, without a doubt. Best spots were when AJ brainbustered Sydal on the apron. I thought the kid was dead, hehe. Then Sydal thew AJ into the crowd and moonsaulted from the turnbuckle. I was about ten feet away. It was incredible. Sydal tried to hit a move off the top, but AJ got him in a pin. After the match AJ said he wants to get the tag titles with Sydal, who accepted.

Then comes the ME. Chris Hero came in from the crowd with a bunch of CZW guys. He was talking for a while, and people were chanting "Shut the fuck up!". AmDragon came out and they started hitting each other. Hero is total garbage in the ring. This match had its moments, but was far too long. People were leaving, and screaming for the match to end. Eventually, AmDragon made Hero tap out. After the match, Prince Nana came out and said that he would pay Dragon for the title. Dragon declined and got slapped in the face. He went after Nana, and Rave and Shelley came out to make the save. Rave was about to hit a pedigree on Dragon, but Shelley told him to stop. He put the title on the mat, and slammed Dragon head first into it.

That's the show. It was incredible. And if it comes out on DVD, I highly recommend picking it up.

Yeah, Chaos, I know a bit about Tanahashi. I've seen a few of his matches. He's one of the best high-flyers in Japan. He's really young too, but already very popular over there. You can bet this match will be kickass. I'd even go so far as to say that it could be a MOTYC.

Oh great, I'm guessing Jarrett is going use his loss today as an excuse to go over Sting in their eventual match. Damn you Sting, for being a nice guy in real life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trust me. Fucking Saddam Hussein would look sympathetic going up against X-Pac.

Final Resolution was pretty good. Joe vs. Daniels was the best match IMO. Sting looked great, and did well in the ring.
Also, I have the SD taping spoilers, but I don't know how to make spoiler tags, so if anyone wants them just tell me how to do it and I will.

Mysterio and Angle does seem pretty obvious at this point... but you never know with WWE particularly SmackDown!. They manage to fuck up a lot of good stuff.

Although, I know SmackDown! needed talent... bad... I don't think Kurt Angle was the choice I would've gone with.

Kurt/Benoit... done to death.
Kurt/Rey... done.
Kurt/'Taker... done.
Kurt/JBL... done and please don't do it again.
Kurt/Booker... done (and stick a fork in it just because of that Sharmell thing).

That's all of SmackDown!'s main eventers sans Orton. 'Mania'll either be Angle/Mysterio or Angle/Orton. Personally, I'd prefer Orton... unless Mysterio's gonna win the Rumble (I'd like that a lot).

Of course, since I'm typing this and it looks like I know what I'm talking about I must add: WTF do I know. I'm speculating three months ahead of time and even after the Rumble the main event won't be cemented until, at least, after No Way Out.

From Raw I'd like to see Edge/RVD... goddamnit... I wanna see RVD win a World Title for once. I'm tired of being able to refer to him as the greatest wrestler to never win a World Heavyweight Championship. He carried the ECW Television Championship for 1 year, 11 months, 18 days, 2 hours and 42 seconds and the fans were pissed when he was forced to drop it. Cena carried the WWE Title for 9 months and was getting booed. Hell, back in '96, in his best year ever, Shawn Michaels was getting booed after holding the WWF Title for 7 months. JBL couldn't hold a title for a year before every fan wanted to assasinate him and they STILL let him hold it that long. Let RVD have it for a day, at least.

The most I'm gonna get pissed off in 2006 is when RVD is eliminated from the Royal Rumble by somebody like Carlito.

As for Michaels/McMahon... please... God... no...
