You'd think, but maybe he'll take out JBL instead after Mysterio gets him to say "May 19th" and then Kane replaces JBl at Judgment Day

Then Kane can destroy him and be champ........of course then Kane would job the title back to that sack of shit Batista and go back to doing nothing angry

Mysterio is definitley losing the belt though. I believe he needs surgey or something

Joe's been a heel since he turned on Daniels after the Elimination X match at Genesis

Sacrifice was very meh. Liger and Petey Williams only went about 7 mins sad sad

The tag title match was really good, Roode and Rhino was decent and Joe giving Jarrett the muscle buster was glorious!

Raven looked awful. He only went 5 mins, but looked like he'd just wrestled and hour. Unless he can get back into shape, he should really think about calling it quits

Tombstone: The History Of The Undertaker review.

WWE Title: Undertaker vs. Hulk Hogan. Survivor Series 91
There are two words to describe this match. Slow and boring. I used to think this was the norm for 1991 but, I’ve seen the opener which may just be the best Survivor Series tag ever. This match was pretty much rest holds until the end when Hogan in his infinite wisdom decided to no sell the Tombstone and do his usual Hulking up shtick. That is until Ric Flair interfered and ‘Taker Tombstoned Hogan on a chair to win his first WWE title.

Rating: 1/4*

WWE Title, Casket match: Undertaker vs. Yokozuna. Royal Rumble 94
This has got to be the most overbooked WWE championship match in history. Featuring more than ten run ins. But to be honest I had a lot of fun watching this. There was some fun brawling before the interference and the interference itself was nice to watch. This was not a good match by any means, but it wasn’t bad either. I’d say it’s just a touch below average.

Rating: *3/4

Undertaker vs. Deisel. Wrestlemania XII
One of he more underrated matches in WWE history. Though it was fairly slow, it was a very well done brawl. I liked the fact that Nash wasn’t afraid of the Undertaker. It was a very welcome change of pace. Both guys pulled out moves they wouldn’t normally do, including the Undertaker’s crossbody. The finish was kind of meh but I guess it made sense considering Nash was to depart the WWE soon.

Rating: ***

Buried Alive Match: Undertaker vs. Mankind.
I’m not a fan of matches where pinfalls and/or submissions don’t get the job done. That includes the lot of them (Except ‘I Quit’ matches, which is pretty much submission anyway). But when the performers work as hard as ‘Taker and Foley did here it’s a whole new kettle of fish. Especially with a sick bastard like Foley who’ll takesome sick bumps to get the match over. It’s also reminder of the Undertaker’s ability to bring his working boots.

Rating: ***1/2

Undertaker vs. Mankind. In Your House: Revenge of the ‘Taker.
A very similar match to the Buried Alive match however this is a standard one on one match, which to me is an advantage (As I’ve mentioned earlier). ‘Taker and Foley really do work well with each other as they have a very natural cemistry. Mick bumps extra hard for the Deadman and, likwise, ‘Taker works very hard to have a good match. A few too many ref bumps for my liking which hurt the rating. I’m impressed by the fact that the best match thesr guys have had is a normal one on one contest.

Rating: ***3/4

Special Referee: HBK. Undertaker vs. Bret Hart. Summerslam ‘97
One of the most overratted matches I’ve seen. Not a bad match at all. Just overbooked, loads of interference, way too long (which is ironic, you’ll see why later on) and a nonsensical ending. Actually it was a great ending, but lost on a character like the Undertaker who no sells chair shots on other occasions. Anyway, excellent mat work from Bret and the Undertaker. I must stress that this match was very good. Just very flawed.

Rating: ***3/4

Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels. Ground Zero ‘97
Fun but overbooked brawl. The ending was a total clusterfuck with everybody and their grandmother interfering. (The Rock in short shorts: hilarious). Still a fun match with both men hitting their signature moves and ‘Taker killing the entire WWE roster in one go.

Rating: ***

Hell In A Cell: Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels.
This is THE match to many. Even the Undertaker himself said this is his favourite match. I could probably write twenty pages praising this match to no end. But what is there to really say. Great bumping, brawling, flying, wrestling, ending… Great everything! I don’t know anybody who doesn’t like this match. If they don’t they should be shot. This is my second favourite match ever. Although if my favourite had an even slightly different ending this would beat it by a mile.

Rating: *****

Undertaker vs. Kane. Wrestlemania XIV
The best big man match I’ve ever seen. These guys went all out. Undertaker busted tons of high-flying moves. Plancha’s and top rope clothelines aplenty. Kane botched a few things, but he was still a rookie at this point. Still he put tons of effort in this match. Pulling out an electric chair and showing is early potential by convincingly mandhandling the Deadman. Fun stuff though alittle slow.

Rating: ***1/2

Inferno Match: Undertaker vs. Kane. Unforgiven 98.
This is another one of those matches with a gimmicked ending. Not being able to leave the ring didn’t really help this match at all. The ringg work was ok. Maybe they should’ve had a casket match or something, at least then they would’ve used weapons. ‘Taker’s swan dive through the fire was a beautiful visual.

Rating: **1/2

Hell In A Cell: Undertaker v. Mankind. King Of The Ring ‘98
Bowling shoe ugly. You might know this match. The one you see footage of at every WWE show, in the “don’t try this at home”? Yeah that one. The one where Foley died, twice. One star for each bump and ¾* for the ringwork.

Rating: **3/4

WWE Title: Undertaker vs. The Rock. King Of The Ring ’99.
Pretty lazy match from both guys. This is when Vince Russo had control of booking. That’s why 1999 had barely any **** matches. Hell you’d be lucky to get a *** main event. Very bad effort from both men involved.

Rating: *

First Blood Match: Unertaker vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin. Fully Loaded ‘99
They’ve had better matches before and since. But this was ok. As per usual in 1999 there was interferance all over the place. I didn’t have a big problem with it in this match. But it was annoying. Nothing special but nothing boring.

Rating: **3/4

Undertaker vs. HHH. Wrestlemania X-7.
Great brawl. Both men did a great job kicking each others asses. My one problem is that this was a standard match but most of it was spent brawling in the crowd. They should’ve made it No DQ so the ref didn’t have to stay unconcious for fifteen minutes. But the ‘big match’ feel helped this get over most problems.

Rating ***3/4

WWE Title: Hulk Hogan vs. The Undertaker. Judgement Day 02
There are two words to describe this match. Slow and boring. the norm for 1991 impossible for 2002 but, I’ve seen the opener which may just be the best Survivor Series tag ever main event for the previous months PPV. This match was pretty much rest holds until the end when Hogan in his infinite wisdom decided to no sell the Tombstone Chokeslam and do his usual Hulking up shtick. That is until Ric Flair Vince McMahon interfered and ‘Taker Tombstoned Chokeslammed Hogan on a chair to win his first fourth WWE title.

Rating: 1/4*

Hell In A Cell: Brock Lesnar vs. Undertaker. No Mercy 2002.
Great brawl. Lesnar was still incredibly green so this was a testament to ‘Takers ability to carry rookies Anyway great momentum swings and tons of blood. ‘Taker bled all over the place. This may infact be the biggest blade job in any match ever. It kind of distracted from the match, which was brutal unto itself, but all in all a top notch job.

Rating: ***1/2

Undertaker vs. John Cena. Vengeance 2003.
Another example of ‘Takers aility to carry rookies. It goes to show that if you have a good match with the Deadman early in your career you’re gonna go places. This was a very old school type of match. ‘Takers selling of the ribs was excellent. It was also good to see that these guys did not slow down for a second keeping the same pace the entire match.

Rating: ***1/2

Buried Alive: Vince McMahon vs. Undertaker. Survivor Series 03
Total comedy match with Vinnie getting his ass handed to him all over the place. A record has been set somewhere, Vince bladed after only the first punch. Anyway, Kane interferes to ‘kill’ the Undertaker.

Rating: ½*

Undertaker vs. Kane. Wrestlemania XX.
This match was a lot of fun.But was too one sided, still Kanes reactions where priceless. A bit too short for my liking and could’ve used less comedy, considering how important this match was. But still good fun match.

Rating: **1/2

BONUS MATCH REVIEWS:
WWE Title: Bret Hart vs. Undertaker. One Night Only ‘97
An improvement over their prior Summerslam ‘97 match. Mostly becase they kept it as a straight technical match, with both men working each others legs. The lack of interferance was an improvement as was no HBK (I never thought I’d ever say that). However the DQ ending was total B.S. (‘Taker refused to stop choking Bret on the ropes). Even The Hitman himself liked this match over their Summerslam encounter.

Rating: ****1/4

WWE Title: Kurt Angle vs. Undertaker. Smackdown 2003.
Once again the Phenom drops his brawling style to do a technical match, this time with Kurt freakin’ Angle. I liked the fact that Angle kept out wrestling ‘Taker, causing ‘Taker to find a balance between brawling and technical wrestling. Just as the match gained a ton of momentum with an incredible finishing sequence Brock Lesnar interferes and causes a DQ ending.

Rating: ***3/4

Nice review

Not a Taker fan though, so definitley not something i'd watch

I watched ROH Dragon Gate Challenge the other day. Some decent stuff

The two tag matches were the things to see this show for. AJ Styles & Matt Sydal vs Dragon Kid & Genki Horiguchi was really good.....but Blood Generation (CIMA, Naruki Doi, & Masato Yoshino) vs Generation Next (Austin Aries, Roderick Strong, & Jack Evans) was just fucking immensse. The speed of these Dragon Gate guys (most notably Yoshino) was incredible. One of the fastest paced matches i've ever seen.

Also just hit the $10 sale at ROH.com. 6 show's for about £42 including shipping. cool

Yeah, when I got it, I was like fuck yeah tons of **** star matches, then as I got to watching them, they're mostly *** to ***3/4. Yeah unless you're a hardcore 'Taker fan don't bother. About 6.5/10 overall.

I saw the video of it earlier. Lame as fuck

The guy didn't physically match up to Kane at all. He was more like mini Kane

It was cool hearing that immense music again though

He didn't come off looking very good though. Cena dominated like 90% of that match and he needed help to win

I actually wanted Cena to win just to see what would've happened with the crowd

Tazz vs. Lawler. I was expecting a short match, but shit, it couldn't have been longer than 20 seconds

Randy Orton vs. Kurt Angle

I was a bit disapointed in this. I thought we was gonna see a bit more of "Extreme" Angel. Still, it was pretty good. The crowd shit on Orton, like they should. Loved the "Get the fuck out" chant to Orton at the end of the match

The Full Blooded Italians vs. Super Crazy and Yoshihiro Tajiri

This was probably the best actual wrestling match of the night. Good effort from everyone. I wanted Super Crazy do some mad dive or somethign though. The after match Show beat down on everyone was kinda meh. His new music is immense though, and that breaker he hit on Mamaluke looked awesome. I can just see Show throwing people all around the arenas in ECW

Sabu vs Mysterio

Was really good while it lasted. That DDT through the table looked sick. I was disapointed with the ending. I thought Sabu was the most likely to win one of the titles since Myserio seems to lose to everyone these days

The Funk/Dreamer vs Foley/Edge was pretty brutal. Funk is fucking insane. 62 years old and taking that sort of punishment, unbelievable. Foley was on fucking on fire too. His shirt was scortched to fuck

Balls Mahoney vs. Masato Tanaka

I guess this was so short cause Tanaka was, as seen buy his shoulder being taped up, injured. I mean i've seen him smashed through multipe table and take like 10 chair shots full on and still kick out of pins. It was a huge chair shot though

Eugene gets caned by Sandman.. Which was most funny. Maybe Show Could've come out here and destroyed Eugene, and Sandman could've caned the shit out of JBL instead.

Overall a very enjoyable show. I'd give it 8/10.

Not as good as last years due to it having too many WWE stlye matches though IMO

Eddie looked pretty week when he won the title. Rey's been booked like a bitch, don't even get me started on Jericho. But hell, seeing Van Dam's celebration was just as emotional as Eddie, Benoit and Rey.

Now I can only hope Vengeance has a DQ finish, so we get Edge vs. RVD in a Ladder Match at Summerslam (Both have a legit claim to being the kings of the Ladder Match and Summerslam is the Ladder Match ppv).

Oh man, ECW was fucking awful. The worst impact ever was ten time better than that.

Everyone knew having it with in front of a Smackdown crowd was a bad idea, but christ, they were terrible. They booed RVD and cheered for Cena. Zero reactions for guys like Sandman and Sabu. There was 10 mins of actual wrestling

I'm gonna give it a chance to get going......but at the moment it looks like the invasion all over again in terms of using non WWE talent.

And this from PWinsider basically says it all

Last night's ECW show was actually written by Paul Heyman, however, it was tweaked by the WWE creative team. Despite Heyman, the show was more of a Vince McMahon production rather than a Paul Heyman production. Heyman wrote the show to meet Vince McMahon's expectations and visions of ECW.

Paul Heyman thought the show was a train wreck. As a matter of fact, several people in the company thought the show was a complete disaster and a failure.

Tazz's PPV "match" with Jerry Lawler at ECW ONS was put on last night's ECW show because the actual taping ran a little short and they had to fill time somehow. Also, the production crew missed a few cues during the battle royal. They fixed the mistakes before the taping aired though.

ECW ring announcer Steven DeAngelis was told to come to the show, but when he arrived to the arena, he was told that his services were no longer required. DeAngelis was told that he was not going to be used and thus he was sent home. The new ECW announcer will be Justin Roberts.

It'll be lucky to make the 12 weeks on Sci-Fi if this is the way it's gonna be, and if it is gonna be the way, then i think it's for the best if it dies once and for all
