I honestly had no idea about the WWE.com part. That's horrid. Actually I rewatched Smackdown yesterday and they had Vicky attending the ten bell salute! That's so low. It makes me physically ill.

They most likely asked her if she was okay with it beforehand. Additionally, Eddie seemed like a guy who knew that things should be done for angle purposes. He included his drinking problem and did the whole Dominick thing with Rey. He had his mom assaulted by JBL. His family was on TV before he died. His friends all take part in angles revolving around his death. I'm sure Eddie wouldn't have minded and I'm sure they asked Vickie and she didn't mind. Of course... y'never know with Vince.

Bret Hart? Probably have Randy Orton proclaim to one his aspiring wrestler sons, "Bro, Bret is in hell!" cut to: Kane bashing his headstone with a sledgehammer and setting it on fire.

So just the typical treatment then? Vince is a dick.

After all the roids Vince has been pumping and at 62 he'll buy the farm before Bret, who's clean and 49. So when Bret does pass, it will be in the hands of HHH and Stephanie, what their reign over the WWE will bring General Zod only knows. Is Hunter going to be "a peice of shit" (Brets words) or is he going to show class? We'll see one day. When that day comes I see half the roster fleeing the WWE like rats on a sinking ship.

On this I must disagree. Personally I think Triple H is a great booker. I think Stephanie's alright too but Triple H has demonstrated he can do a good job. Additionally, lets not forget that Triple H is one of the few who's willing to really state how against the Jackass stuff at Summerslam he is. If he can keep himself out of the angles he'll do fine as the chief.

How did Sherri die?

Have any matches been announced so far for "Mcmahon Appreciation Night - Take Two"?

Was anyone else laughing during Stephanie's crying just before she left the ring?

Is anyone else watching the finale to The Ultimate Fighter 5?

On June 15, 2007, WWE.com announced that "Sensational" Sherri Martel had died that morning at her mother's residence in Birmingham, Alabama.[7]. Dave Meltzer stated on his Wrestling Observer Live radio show that Martel's passing was not a result of natural causes and that the case is still under investigation by law enforcement. On June 19, 2007, police confirmed that Martel did not die of natural causes, but no foul play is suspected. A cause of death for Martel will not be determined until her autopsy and toxicology reports have been completed. Based on what is known, Martel had gone to bed at her mother's home (where she was living recently) because she wasn't feeling well. Her husband found her unresponsive later that afternoon.

No matches for Raw yet... probably after the PPV.

I didn't laugh but I don't think she was very convincing... However, she was much better than what she was 7 years ago.

I sporadically watch Ultimate Fighter. When's the finale?

The finale is on right now - Spike TV. A marathon of the newest season was on all day. I recently started watching and I'm hooked.

What I meant was, he'll still be an active competitor.

He seems to be stuck in the 80's to me. He also didn't like the Wrestlemania goes Hollywood comercials, which where some of the freshest ideas from WWE in quite some time. I'm also against the idea of title reigns that last over a year unless the booking can be kept fresh the whole time.

World Wrestling Entertainment is deeply saddened to report that today Chris Benoit and his family were found dead in their home. There are no further details at this time, other than the Benoit family residence is currently being investigated by local authorities.

Tonight’s Raw on USA Network will serve as a tribute to Chris Benoit and his family. WWE extends its sincerest thoughts and prayers to the Benoit family’s relatives and loved ones in this time of tragedy.

I've taken alot of time to think about it. I pity Benoit. I hope the powers that be in the afterlife can forgive him.

I gotta say, it's exceptionally hard for me to feel pity for him. Had he just taken his own life I could pity him. But I can't feel that way toward him after he decided to take two other lives.

There's a lot of talk about steroids and ''roid rage.' WWE, for obvious reasons, wants to downplay that whole thing. I've noticed that other wrestlers like King Booker are also downplaying it. I don't know much about it either way but if it was caused by steroid-induced rage, I wish all of wrestling would take notice and stop continuing this insanity. It's not bad enough that 80% of wrestlers are dying in their 40s from heart attacks but now they're going nuts and killing people. If Benoit was under the influence of some substance that altered his mind, I can feel pity. If Benoit couldn't control his actions as well as he should have, if he was arguing with his wife and did something in an altered state of mind, I can feel pity.

That, however, seems highly unlikely given the fact of the amount of time he probably had to do what he did(and I'm only referring to what he did to his wife).

The whole situation just sucks. I'm just really mad at Benoit. Really f*cking mad. He did something sickening. Not only that but, of less importance, he took away something that I think the majority of wrestling fans had in their hearts and that was a love for watching Benoit on TV. We all thought that 20 years from now we could say, "you should've seen Benoit," when discussing the greatest technical wrestlers. Now it makes me sick to see a picture of Benoit, let alone a match.

I guess all I can say to sum everything up is, "I'm pissed."

P.S.: Dude, how are you holding up? I know you say you pity him but I know he was your guy. How are you?

Enough of this stuff...

I just got through watching Kurt Angle vs. Brock Lesnar for Brock's (disputed) IWGP title and Kurt's TNA title from last night. It's a short match at fifteen minutes but it was cool just to see the TNA Kurt Angle (came out with his TNA music and entrance gear) go against the "Japan" Brock (red tights and knife tat on chest). They hit the majority of their famous spots from their feuds. It's a pretty good match for the short length.

Funny thing: Brock's billed in K-1 as being 30 lbs. lighter than he was in WWE but he still looks exactly the same size against Kurt as he did in WWE.

Second funny thing: Royce Gracie failed a test for steroids he took the night of Brock's K-1 match. Reasonably speaking, Brock must've been tested too. Brock didn't fail. That means that he's huge without steroids.
