Anyway getting back on topic, Fledermaus is lucky to have his idea already in print. I'd like to see an Elseworlds of Batman reviewing all the Bat-films. Including the 40's serials and Alyas Batman En Robin.

I do love you. But I loved Cpl. Hicks more. Just something about him..... his rugged good looks..... his uniform..... and his big gun..... grin

I'll be sure to pick that up. It seems like every time I have a good idea for a bat-story, damn DC has beat me to it.

I got Speeding Bullets today. I'm more than a bit freaked out how the whole origin played out exactly how i said. Even the heat vision. That's strange. I liked it, but I hate how sometimes elseworld books seem kinda "forced" to make these connections with the characters. But it was still pretty good.

I was just disappointed by how short it was. It really could have used a limited series of it's own so that the ideas could be expanded upon.

Get yourself a copy of "Red Son" if you haven't already done so, Fledermaus. It's similar to "Speeding Bullets" but it's a much more fleshed out story which sees Superman's ship crash landing in the USSR instead of Kansas! cheesy

I agree I would have liked a longer story. Is Red Son a one-shot or a mini?

It's collected in a TPB as well now so it's easy to get a hold of.

Does anybody else have any ideas for an elseworld that'll never get published? Cause I think DC stopped making 'em.

I got two when my mind was wandering. One is if earth and Krypton were switched and Thomas Wayne sent Bruce to Krypton and he became like Superman there. And then hijynks ensue. Then another one would be if Batman went into law enforcement instead of vigilante and blah blah blah. Just some ideas. Not saying there good maybe at all but tell me what you think of them.
